Simply put Drink More Water!
This may seem obvious, and it is, but still we are blinkered to the fact that our body’s need simple and pure things in order for it to function effectively.
Search the web for ‘Benefits of drinking water’ and it’ll show you a pretty decent list of the benefits…so I’m not going to list them here too.
But simply put, our bodies are 70% water – it is in all of our cells – our body produces waste that it needs to get rid of and water flushes this out, and we need to maintain that flushing system so that our body doesn’t hold on to them.
And another thing – Coke does not constitute Water – don’t drink calories, drink good, clean water.
Right…I’ll get off my soap box now 😉
