You will have heard of the Law of Cause and Effect, or Karma. That specific actions will bring about desired results. But there is another angle to living this Law that we need to understand:

Are you living your life at Cause or at Effect?

Living at Cause means that you know that you have control. You take action and create habits that will bring the things you want into your life. You look at events, good or bad, and realise that you created them by the things you have done.

Living at Cause means that you can quit smoking because you decide you can.
Living at Cause means that you can become fit, healthy and toned because you decide you can.
Living at Cause means that you can start your own business because you decide you can.

Living at Effect means that you are living as a victim of circumstances. You rely on other people to make you feel good about yourself. You want the results without putting in the work. You live in hope that things will get better, that someone will save you, that your numbers will come up!

Living at Effect means that you can’t give up smoking because nicotine is too addictive.
Living at Effect means you believe that you could never be fit and healthy, you haven’t got the time to.
Living at Effect means that you don’t feel good enough to start you own business, people will laugh at you, you will fail.

Take back control of your life. Look to start planning and creating the things you want. Start living at Cause.
No-one is there for you, EXCEPT YOU.
